Domestic Shipments
For all domestic shipments, packages will be delivered to the nearest Schenker pick-up point. We have moved away from using the post office due to their higher prices, allowing us to offer you more cost-effective delivery options. You will receive a notification once your package is ready for collection at your designated Schenker pick-up point.
Overseas Shipments
For international orders, packages will be delivered to the nearest pick-up point in your country. This ensures that your package is handled efficiently and securely. If you prefer to have your package delivered directly to your door, we offer this service for an additional fee of 5-10€, depending on your location. This option can be selected during the checkout process.

Orders for €70.00 or more are eligible for free shipping
Europe
International shipping €10.00
Estimated shipping time: 5-8 business days
Orders for €100.00 or more are eligible for free shipping
United States of America & Canada
International shipping €20.00
Estimated shipping time: 6-10 business days
Orders for €120.00 or more are eligible for free shipping
Tracking the Order
An email with the tracking information is automatically sent to your email address once your order has been sent. Please check your spam folder in case it has been detected incorrectly as spam.
If you do not receive an email, contact us via email

Customs Fees
KÄÄPÄ Mushrooms is not responsible for paying fees or rates charged by customs. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay customs fees and rates.
